DVM - Veterinarian

Railtown Animal Clinic is a “New Graduate Friendly Practice, “which welcomes graduating Veterinarians to start their careers here. We strive to ensure a high level of support and ongoing education for our team and love what we do. For established Veterinarians, we offer engaging, diverse, and challenging cases, with manageable caseloads with work-life balance being a top priority.
Railtown has a passionate and friendly team of experienced staff. There is “never a dull moment”, as we are a fast-paced clinic with a challenging workload that includes routine care, advanced medicine, and surgical cases. We use brand new equipment and technologies such as digital x-ray and ultrasound, in-house Idexx laboratory equipment. At Railtown, we strive to build lasting relationships with our clients and believe that every pet should be treated as family.
What you need:
- A valid veterinarian license allowing practice in Canada
- Experience in surgical procedures, preventative care, and offering nutritional advice.
- Committed to promoting team-based medicine practices
- Outstanding interpersonal skills in working with your colleagues, pet parents, and community
- An interest in attending conferences and networking with colleagues

RVT -Registered Veterinary Technologist
Is saving animals your speciality?
Railtown Animal Clinic is looking for RVT’s with a passion for client and patient care. We are all about using calming techniques, and technology. At Railtown we are dedicated to learning from one another and working as a team. We don’t believe in micromanaging and strongly encourage our team members to speak up and communicate new ideas they might have. As a Railtown RVT, you will be the backbone of the clinic and have many specific tasks.
We are in search of someone who is versatile, able to learn and grow in each aspect of their position, and passionate about what they do. If you are willing to achieve this, we will ensure that you will have the proper training and support along the way.
At Railtown Animal Clinic, you will have opportunities to grow into whatever roles you think you fit (for example leadership, rehab, dental and much more!). CCR - Client Care Representative
Are you passionate about customer service and animals?
Railtown Animal Clinic is looking for CCR’s who have a genuine love for client and patient care. Our clinic focuses on using calming techniques and advanced technology to provide the best experience for our clients and their pets. As a CCR, you will play a vital role in our team, being the first face our clients see and the first voice they hear. You will support both our two-legged and four-legged friends from the moment they arrive until their final wave goodbye. Maintaining a calm demeanor, smiling, and having fun are essential in this position, as some clients may be experiencing one of the worst days of their lives due to their sick pets. Your positive impact can make a significant difference.
